CBiFund is licensed and regulated by Vanuatu Financial Services Commission in accordance with Section 6(2) of the Mutual Funds Act No.38 of 2005 to provide fund setup and management services to global customers. CBiFund is a member of the CBI Group.
CBiFund is endeavoring to provide complete and secure asset management services to its customers, especially with a vision——empowering businesses and individuals going abroad or running a cross-border business globally, to generate and manage their own wealth, to maintain the value of assets and increase the value of assets. Therefore, CBiFund provides a simple and intuitive way for investors to self-manage their Cash Management, Managed Funds and Term Deposit investments. CBiFund is partnered with global well-known fund managers who have chosen to work with us, along with several international banks with the aim to provide smoothy and secure fund subscription and redemption services.
Growth Fund
CBiFund sets up a series of Growth Fund in order to provide a favourable return through investing all or substantially all of the assets in the Equity Tranche of projects ranging from Series B to Pre-IPO in the sectors of Consuming Industry, Technology & Healthcare etc, well-known by the public or at least investment circle.
CBiFund provides a type of cash management products with high liquidity which is anchored with giant fund manager’s MM Fund or cash structured products, to provide customers with stable investment returns while maintain the risk at a low level.
Cash Management Product
Money Market Fund
CBiFund developed several types of MMF to accommodate the demands of both returns and capital security by customers. This type of MMF normally has a fixed investment term no more than 12 months and a maturity date and a fixed investment return rate.
